Peter MA (Oxon) is the Chairman, CEO and principal shareholder of ATOME’s largest shareholder, Molecular Energies Plc. As Chairman and single largest shareholder of Imperial Energy, he oversaw the growth of the Company from 25p at flotation to 1250p until its $2.4 billion sale in January 2009. Between 1993 and 2008, Peter Levine was Deputy Chairman and then Chairman of the then FTSE 250 listed steel construction company, Severfield-Rowen (now Severfield), during its period of significant growth and was also Chairman of Keltbray Plc.

Olivier BA, MS, has joined ATOME from being the Chief Investment Officer of Global Energy at the IFC, part of the World Bank Group. After starting his career as a field engineer in energy, he is a recognised expert in funding and managing infrastructure assets for Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, leading over $500M of equity investments in early stage companies and over $30bn of corporate and structured debt finance transactions.

James BA, MA, was the Paraguayan General Director of the jointly owned Paraguay-Brazil hydroelectric dam Itaipu Binacional between 2013-2018, the second largest hydroelectric dam in the world. Prior to that he was for six years the Ambassador of Paraguay in the US, serving in 2009 as Dean of the Latin American Ambassadors Group (GRULA). He has also served as Paraguay Minister of Finance and as the Governor of Paraguay to the IDB and World Bank group.

Mary-Rose MA, MBA, was the longstanding General Manager of IEA Hydrogen. An expert in renewables and hydrogen, she was formerly at the U.S. DOE National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). She served on the National Hydrogen Association Board of Directors and founded New Mexico Solar Energy Industry Association.

Richard Day was a co-founder of AIM-traded institutional stockbroker, Arden Partners plc where he worked from 2002 until 2015 and was Head of Corporate Finance. Richard Day is also Chairman of Eden Geothermal Limited, a private company, which is drilling the first well on its two-well deep geothermal site at the Eden Project in Cornwall.

Nikita Levine is currently Head of Investor Relations at Molecular Energies PLC. Nikita Levine graduated from University of Leeds Business School with an M.Sc. International Business in September 2019 and a BA French and Russian Civilisation in 2018.

Juan Pablo Nogués, has more than 17 years of experience in the area of climate change and project management. He has worked as a consultant for the IDB, World Bank, UNDP, UNEP and the European Union in the development and management of projects for mitigation and adaptation to climate change in the urban planning and energy sector of Paraguay. He has also served as an external advisor to the Ministry of Finance of Paraguay where he has promoted the financing of climate related initiatives. He was previously dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences of the German Paraguayan University, for 8 years. He holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Kansas, master’s degrees from Stanford University, and Ph.D. degrees from Princeton University, all from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Terje is the Director for Ammonia and Fertiliser Markets at ATOME, dealing primarily with relationships with ATOME’s potential green hydrogen and ammonia offtakers. Terje brings a wealth of experience from EuroChem Group, one of the world’s largest fertiliser businesses, where he was Head of Marketing and Sales and a member of the Management Board and Strategy Committee.
Prior to EuroChem, Terje was Senior Vice President, Head of Supply and Trade at Yara International, the leading fertiliser and chemical company.

Sam has over 35 years of experience directing and delivering large-scale and first of a kind infrastructure and energy projects. Prior to joining ATOME, Sam was the Director of Hydrogen for Europe at AECOM, ATOME’s current Owner’s Engineer, a Fortune 500 engineering consultancy, and acted as project director for several major energy transition projects for clients such as Air Products and BP.
